If you have not done so in the past, create an account. When entering your information, enter it exactly as it is displayed on your invoice. For example, when asking for "Name" enter it as it is written on the invoice you received in the mail - "Smith, John"
If you still have difficulty, please contact us. Alternatively, you may mail a check or drop a check off at your nearest board member's home.
