Orion Township has agreed to continue to pay for the Sheriff to patrol Lake Voorheis for the 2014 season. This may be a budget item for 2015. There never was a threat of public access for the lake. These rumors were false. The one lot the Township owns on Galaxy Way is now posted up for sale.
