It’s that time of year again, which means that the KHA annual dues are due. I think you would agree that the Keatington subdivision is one of the premier communities in Oakland County and we are that way because of all the wonderful residents. Mr. Keating began developing our community more than 40 years ago and to this day there are residents that are the original owners of their home.

Please ask yourself these few questions:

Is the beach a wonderful place for you, your children, and your grandchildren?
Are the Keatington common areas as beautiful as ever?
Do you enjoy fishing, skiing, and cruising on the lake?
Do you enjoy all the fun kid and adult activities that take place in the community?

For your convenience, we are now offering online payment capabilities. Please select the payment you wish to make by clicking the circle next to the payment option and you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use the service and you can pay by credit card, check or electronic withdrawal.

There is a 3.5% processing fee charged to all payments due to the fees charged by PayPal (2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction).

Please make sure to indicate your name, KHA address or lot #, telephone number, and email address on all payments.
