Chocolate Ameretto Cheesecake

Rich smooth Cheesecake and wonderful combination of flavors.

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Butter Melted
1-1/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Cup Sugar
3-8oz Packages Cream Cheese
1 Can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
12oz Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (Melted)
4 Eggs
2 Oz Ameretto or 1 Tablespoon Almond Extract.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 Degrees. Combine butter, sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Pat firmly in 9-10" spring form pan to form the crust.
Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, beat until very smooth. Add the balance of ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into spring form pan. Bake approx one hour until cheesecake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temp. Then refrigerate.

Cook's Notes:
Cream cheese is best at room temp when starting.

Don't attempt counting calories when serving.
